Project: Fraud Factory
The jury hailed Fraud Factory as an “impressive piece of old-fashioned, cross-border journalism.” Walker said: “The Fraud Factory was a tenacious piece of work that put human faces to a sad story of cross-border fraud.”
My contribution focused on mapping related fraud and gambling sites and using platforms like RiskIQ’s PassiveTotal to show that they were run by the same owner.

Together with the OCCRP data team, I planned, set up, and executed a safe leak viewing room while handling more than 70 TB of data regarding the assasination of a co-worker, Ján Kuciak.
