I like to get my hands dirty in various projects, most of them having to do with security, freedom of information, digital rights and digital media.

OCCRP - I currently work as a senior security analyst. I also double in journalism.

Tails is a live operating system, that you can start on almost any computer from a DVD, USB stick, or SD card. It aims at preserving your privacy and anonymity.

OTR.im aims at improving security, encryption and usability of open source instant messengers (IM). Our goal is simple: better security, usability and encryption of existing IM software.

Techinc is the biggest Amsterdam hackerspace me and several others founded at CCCamp in 2011. Got our first space in 2012 and moved in the same year to the former ACTA building. The space has 100+ paying members. That makes us the biggest hackerspace in the Netherlands.

Digital Rights Watch a collaborative database for mapping the communications and information rights in the world. We look at laws, court cases and specific topics relating to censorship, access to information, privacy and intellectual monopolies.
